A mockery to say David’s SEED - lineage and his throne DID NOT last forever! As scripture says! Emphasizing the throne ended with Zedekiah??

Question: Is the Popular Doctrine correct or is the original scripture correct?

POP-DOC ‘Book-Mark’ [Psalms chapter 89 verses 35-37]
ORIGINAL:
Psa 89:35 “Once I have sworn by My holiness that I will not lie
to David. :36 His seed shall endure
forever, and his throne as the sun before Me.
:37 It shall be established
forever like the moon, and like a
faithful witness in the heavens. Selah.”
REPLACEMENT: Psa 89:35 “Once I have sworn by My
holiness that I will not lie to David. :36 His seed shall endure forever, and his throne
as the sun before Me. :37 It shall be established forever like the moon, and like a faithful witness in the heavens.
Selah.”
REASON: Popular Doctrine teaches that king David’s ‘Seed DIDN’T
Endure Forever!’ and his Throne WAS NOT
Established Forever, (Refer Jer 52:10-11). Therefore most of
this passage should be removed from scripture!
