Question: Is the Popular Doctrine correct or is the original scripture correct?

REPLACEMENT: Deu 33:28 “And Israel shall dwell in safety

drop down dew.
REASON: The Popular Doctrine view is that history shows that the Jews have
NOT dwelt in safety OR alone in any locations they have been scattered! They
have a History of Pogroms and the Holocaust! Therefore this whole Ridiculous verse MUST be
removed from scripture!
