Question: Is the Popular Doctrine correct or is the original scripture correct?

POP-DOC ‘Book-Mark’ [Psalms chapter 89 verse 33-34]
ORIGINAL:
Psa 89:30 “If his children forsake My Law ..My
judgments; :31 ..profane My Precepts ..My
Commandments; :32 then I will visit their wickedness with the rod,
and their sin with stripes. :33 But I WILL NOT completely take
My loving-kindness from him, and I WILL NOT be
false in My faithfulness. :34 I WILL NOT break My covenant,
nor change the thing that has gone out of My lips.”
REPLACEMENT:

REASON: The Popular Doctrine is that GOD DID REMOVE
His, loving-kindness and BROKE His covenant that He had
Spoken!! And thus ended the line of David at the time of Zedekiah! (Refer Jer
52:10-11). Therefore these two verses should be removed from scripture!
