REASON: “having believed on the Lord Jesus Christ”? Think about it! If you were LEFT BEHIND, what on earth would that phrase mean to you? Think back to BEFORE you became a Christian! What did that phrase mean to you back then? It was meaningless because you hadn’t received Christ into your heart! Well the poor souls LEFT BEHIND in the Tribulation are PERMANENTLY STUCK; unable to BELIEVE in Jesus Christ to salvation! Dammed to HELL! Because The Holy Spirit is not available to HELP! So rather than rub their noses in it, we think it best to remove this whole verse!
