REASON: “shall be saved”? What’s the role of The Holy Spirit? He is here to convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgment as per John 16:8? At the Rapture The Holy Spirit is removed! So how would those LEFT BEHIND be convicted of sin? And if NOT then how can they be saved??? And post Rapture, just about everything Jesus has said in scripture is completely suspect! So, HOW would those LEFT BEHIND be able to BELIEVE and then be saved? So we think it best to remove this whole verse!

REASON: “To hear the gospel, and believe”? Gospel means good news! So those LEFT BEHIND, living during the Tribulation, would realize that the book of Revelation is bloody and graphic list of the wrath that God is going to poor on them over the next seven years! I hardly think those LEFT BEHIND would want to BELIEVE that is supposedly “good news”. So we think it best to remove these words.
