INTRODUCTION:
I would like to
introduce you to the British Israel teaching. This is not a popular subject in
most churches today! Over a lot of years this teaching has been misconstrued
and maligned by those who vehemently oppose the teaching. Generally, it is branded
as a “racist message” and/or “it has nothing to do with the salvation message”.
Well that is totally correct! The scriptures clearly show us that one
particular race of people ‘Israel’ are being described by God as His special,
chosen, servant nation! For example: -
Example: - Psa 135:4 “For Jehovah has chosen Jacob to Himself,
and Israel for His peculiar treasure.”
God has a long-term plan for them and from
the scriptures it seems God intends to use them regardless of whether they know
it or not!!!
And as for salvation, that is an individual issue and comes only by acceptance of Jesus
Christ as your personal LORD and savour. So their accusations are correct! British
Israel teaching has nothing to do with the salvation message! So I would
like to give you the opportunity to search the scriptures with me and make an
informed decision.
My AIM
In this lesson,
using scriptures, I hope to show you how to identify and distinguish who
“Judah, Israel and Gentile
nations” are today.
The REASON
This is important because so many
prophecies talk about, “Jacob” or “the House of Israel” and “the House of
Judah”, and what will happen to them in the end days, which is now! So if you can’t identify which countries God
is talking about and what role they will play in this day and age NOW, then the
prophecies make little or no sense!

Joseph went to
Egypt, became Pharaohs right-hand man, and had two sons Ephraim and Manasseh. Gen 41:41 - 52
Joseph’s father,
Jacob (Israel), blessed Ephraim and Manasseh with his hands crossed. Gen 48: 10 - 20
Israel adopted
Ephraim and Manasseh; this gave Joseph a double blessing and created 13 tribes. Gen

In the Promised
Land the Levi tribe received the priesthood and no land entitlement, only
cities of refuge scattered throughout all Israel.
So Israel the
nation functioned territorially as 12 tribes.
After Solomon
the 12 tribes split: -- 10 separated, -2 remained loyal, The Levites went to
Judah. 2Ch 13:9
This split was
confirmed by God as His plan and purpose. 1 Ki 12:23 - 24
Ten tribes
(Northern Kingdom) became known as ISRAEL. 1 Ki 11:30 - 37
Two tribes
(Southern Kingdom) became known as Judah. Later referred to as the Jews. 1 Ki 12:21
Israel was
captured by the Assyrians and taken away to Media, “where they remain to this day.” 2King17: 23 (ISV)
Judah was
captured by the Babylonians and taken to Babylon, SOME returned 70 years later. Dan

(Northern Kingdom) returned. Ezra says only the Jews came back to Jerusalem! Ezra

Why Do We
Believe Something!
Question: … Why
do you believe that the world is round?
You’ve never seen it from a space ship? Photos could be faked? You
believe because you were taught in school the world is round, so for you that
is fact!
THAT IS NATURAL FAITH
Question: … Why
do you believe in Jesus Christ? You believe the teaching of the disciples. And
because you have faith and believe; then the Holy Spirit becomes a witness to
your spirit.
THAT IS CALLED SPIRITUAL FAITH
Question: … Why
do you believe in the British Israel teaching? I believe that there are
national promises in the Bible, which have to be fulfilled LONG BEFORE the
return of Christ. And if they are not, then God is a liar! God is not a
liar!! So therefore these promises and prophecies must have been
fulfilled by now!
THAT
IS FAITH IN THE WRITTEN WORD OF GOD
So let’s find
out what some of these National Promises say!

Gen 15:3
“And Abram said, Behold, You have given no seed to me…..” Then God
promised Abraham that his seed would become a multitude. Abraham was speaking
in the natural about his family lineage. God answered Abraham in the natural
using the stars and the sand of the sea as an
example. [Have you ever been in the desert at night and looked up at the
stars? Billions of them; and it’s glorious]
Gen 15:5 “And He brought him outside and
said, Look now toward the heavens and count the stars, if you are able
to count them. And He said to him, So shall your seed be.” Gen
22:17 “that in blessing I will bless you, and in multiplying I will multiply your
seed like the stars of the heavens, and as the sand which is upon
the seashore…..” Gen 32:12 “And You said, I will surely do you good, and make
your seed as the sand of the sea, which cannot be numbered for
multitude.”
Now I know that Paul said in Gal 3:16 “And
to Abraham and to his Seed the promises were spoken. It does not say, And to
seeds, as of many; but as of one, "And to your Seed," which is
Christ.” Keep reading it is meaty stuff through to, Gal 3:29 “And if you are
Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise.” That
is the fulfilment of Gen 22:18 “And in your Seed shall all the nations of
the earth be blessed,” But Paul is not saying that is at the exclusion
of the natural line of Abraham. Because Paul also says in Romans 11:1 (KJV) “I
say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an
Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.” Paul wrote the
book of Romans in about 58AD. [ref. e-Sword/Graphics/Timelines. Chart 20. 10BC
– 110AD]. So it’s reasonably to say that Paul would have been well aware of the
same information that Josephus had about the ‘Lost 10 Tribes’
Israel was taken to “the river Gozan and
the cities of the Medes” 2 King 17: 6. Ref. map,
[e-Sword/Graphics/Classic/World] you will find Gozan at the top end of the area
between the Euphrates and the Tigris Rivers. Josephus was writing at about the
time of 70AD and the fall of Jerusalem. He says ALL Israel remained in Media!
[e-Sword/Reference Library/Antiquities book 11 chapter 5 verse 2]. “Ezra had received a letter from the King.
“so he reads the epistle at Babylon to those Jews that were there; but he kept
the epistle itself, and sent a copy of it to all those of his own nation
(Judah) that were in Media; and when those Jews had understood
what piety that King had towards God, and what kindness he had for Ezra, they
were all greatly pleased; nay, many of them took their effects with them,
and came to Babylon, as very desirous of going down to Jerusalem; but
then the entire body of the people of Israel remained in that country;
wherefore there are but two tribes in Asia and Europe subject to the Romans,
while the ten tribes are beyond Euphrates till now, and are an immense
multitude, and not to be estimated by numbers.”
Put yourself in the shoes of the people of
Israel, at the time of Ezra, when they receive that letter. They have been in
Media for 200 years by then. Now think of us here in Australia, imagine this,
The Queen in her opening speech for the Commonwealth Games 2006, says, “ALL descendants of convicts may now return
to England”. How would you feel? We
have been out here for 200 years, and most of us would laugh at that
declaration. So it’s no wonder that “the whole of Israel remained in Media”.
They had been there TOO LONG!
It is obvious
from numerous other scriptures that they all knew about the ‘Lost 10 Tribes’,
and roughly where they were. They also referred to them as “the dispersed”.
Refer James 1:1 “James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the
twelve tribes in the Dispersion, greeting:” Refer John 7:34-35 “Then the
Jews said among themselves, Where is he about to go that we shall not find him?
Is he about to go to the Dispersion of the Greeks, and to teach the
Greeks?” So are the Greeks part of the “Lost TEN Tribes”?
The Jews considered the Spartans as long
lost relatives, “Brethren”. Refer 1 Maccabees 12:6 and Antiquities Book 12 Ch 4
“Jonathan, the high priest, and the ancients … and the rest of the people of
the Jews, to the Spartans, their brethren, greeting. v:7 There were letters sent long ago to Onias
the high priest, from Arius, who reigned then among you to signify that you are
our brethren, as the copy here underwritten doth specify.” Yet the Jews would
have nothing to do with the Samaritans, they weren’t related. So the Jews must have recognized the
Spartans as members of the ‘Lost 10 Tribes’. With that thought in mind, reread
these passages.
Stephen a
‘GREEK’ said in Act 7:2 “And he said, Men, brethren, and fathers,
hearken; The God of glory appeared unto our father Abraham,…”
Identifying himself as an Israelite, otherwise he should have said “Your”
father Abraham!
Paul identifies
the Corinthians as Israel by these physical historical events, saying the
Corinthians went through these events also.
KJV 1Co 10:1 “..brethren, I would
not ..ye…be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud… vs
2 And were all baptized unto Moses … v:3 And did all eat the same
spiritual meat; .. v:4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for
they drank..”
KJV 1Co 12:2 Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these
dumb idols, even as ye were led.
Conclusion:
-
At the time of Christ there is already an
immense multitude of people known as the “Lost 10 Tribes” or “the
dispersed” and they have nothing to do with the Jews, and they were not
called Jews. And even today the Jews maintain, “They are STILL LOST”!
The “Company
of Nations” and The
Crossed Hand Blessing. Gen 48: 10 – 20
This was a LONG-term blessing of Ephraim
and Manasseh. Joseph’s father, Jacob (Israel), blessed Ephraim and Manasseh
with his hands crossed. Joseph tried to correct his father by trying to place
Israel’s right hand on the head of the eldest son, Manasseh. Gen 48:19 “And his
father refused and said, I know, my son, I know. He also shall become a people,
and he also shall be great, but truly his younger brother shall be
greater than he is, and his seed shall become a multitude of nations.”
If we today look to the Jews for the fulfilment of this passage then, Manasseh
“A Great Nation” is not created in say just 40 or 50 years. So the Jews of
today could not just suddenly become a great nation! And Ephraim alone would
become “a multitude of nations”, that would take centuries!
You have one of three choices regarding
this scripture: --
Jacob was old and out of his mind and that
passage is meaningless? So you have every right to rip that page out of your
bible???
Or Jacob prophesied correctly but God has
the right to change his mind? Or God can go back on His Word? I don’t think
so!!!
Or Jacob was correct and God has created a
multitude of nations and a great nation somewhere in the
world TODAY! If so, Who are they?
What’s more there are eight other tribes
scattered around the world with them, which make up the immense multitude.
At the time of the carrying away of the
‘Northern Kingdom’, Ephraim was still only ONE tribe among the TEN tribes! We
have seen from the above that at the time of Christ, Israel had become an immense
multitude of people. But some how between 33AD and now, Ephraim must
develop into a separate multitude of nations! That would mean they would have
to be noticeably separate of the rest of the Ten Tribes. And all of them
together, (Ephraim ‘the multitude of nations’, Manasseh ‘the great nation’ and
the rest of the Ten Tribes), would have to be sperate of the Jews of today! As
I have said above, even today the Jews maintain, they are still lost!
The phrase ‘Company’ is used in Gen 35:11
“And God said unto him (Israel), I am God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a
nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and
kings shall come out of thy loins;” Company is word number H6951 in ‘Strongs’
and it has the following alternative meanings: - congregation, assembly,
multitude and companies. Some bible translations use the phrase ‘assembly of
nations’ or ‘gatherings of nations’. It’s not to hard to make the link with it
probably being the British Commonwealth. Can you think of any other “Company of
Nations” as such in the world today?
Seven Times
Punishment Warning. Lev
26:14-46
Hands up if you have ever heard of “The
SEVEN Times Punishment”? You can find it in Lev. 26: 14-46. When God is saying
to the Israelites I put before you life and death, choose ye life etc. God is
basically saying in this passage, “the bottom line is” if you walk contrary to
me; refuse my correction; continue to break my commandments; etc. etc. Then He
will walk contrary to them, He will scatter them among the nations and He will
punish them SEVEN times.
Lev 26:18
And if you will not yet listen to Me ..., then I will punish
you seven times more for your sins.
Lev 26:21
..you walk contrary to Me, and will not listen to Me, I will bring seven
times more plagues...
Lev 26:24
then I will walk contrary to you and will punish you seven times
more for your sins.
Lev 26:28
then I will walk contrary to you .... And I, even I, will
chastise you seven times for your sins.
But what is SEVEN times? First lets
explained “Prophetic time” for the novice. God describes periods of time
in “a prophetic day equals a literal year”
principal. Refer to Ezekiel 4:6 and
Numbers 14:34. The phrases God uses are: - Time = 360 days, And
‘Times’ in Hebrew plural meaning ‘Twice Time’, Season (3 months) 90 days,
Month = 30 days and Week = 7 days. Please refer to my talk entitled: - The Day For A Year Conundrum
Some examples are; Time - (Dan
7:12 & 25, Dan 12:7. Rev 12:14), Season - (Dan 7:12), Months
- (Rev 9:5 & 10, Rev 11:2, Rev 13:5) and DAYS - (Dan 8:14. Dan 12:11
& 12, Rev 11:3, Rev 12:6).
You have all heard of the old favourite,
“Time Times and Half a Time” = 3 ½ years = 42 months
= 1260 days. That is NOT a literal 3 ½ years, as many
believe, it couldn’t possibly be! If it were then it would come to 1277
literal days?? So Time Times and Half a Time = 1260
prophetic days = 1260 literal years. Just reduce
everything to days then call it, as years. So if we double Time Times and Half a Time,
that comes to SEVEN TIMES = 2520 literal years. Now that figure
is a very useful tool for interpreting major world events in relation to Israel
and Judah. If you pick any major event in Israel or Judah’s history you can add
2520 years and you will find some amazing corresponding event! But getting the
right start date is the tricky bit.
Jerusalem and the ‘Seven Times’
Lets Apply the “SEVEN Times” to Jerusalem.
Jesus said in Luk 21:24 b (KJV) “..and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the
Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.” We know the Gentile kingdoms were
represented by a statue, described in Daniel chapter 2. “the head-Gold=Babylon, chest-Silver=Medo Persia, belly-bronze=Greece,
legs-iron=Rome, then followed by the feet-iron&clay with TEN toes =Ten
Kingdoms of Papal Rome. But that ‘times of the Gentiles’ started when?
In 607 BC Nebuchadnezzar forced Jehoiakim
king of Judah into subjection. In 604 Jehoiakim rebelled and Jerusalem lost
it’s sovereignty, and came under tribute to Babylon so the ‘being trodden
down of the Gentiles’ started I believe in 604 BC. Just add 2520 years and what do we get, the year 1917. [Or –604
+1 (no year zero) +2520 = 1917]. So according to prophecy that was the year
Jerusalem was to be no longer under the control of the Gentile Nations. That was
the year General Allenby walked into Jerusalem 11.Dec.1917. Without a shot
fired. So at the end of the ‘Seven Times’ Jerusalem came under British control?
That’s a conundrum! WHO then are the
British? Are they part of the “Lost 10 Tribes”?
Jews and the
‘Seven Times’
And this one will raise the hair on the
back of your neck. In Daniel chap. 3 Nebuchadnezzar built a statue of gold 30 m
tall etc. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow down to the
statue in worship! Which infuriated King Nebuchadnezzar, so they were chucked
into the ‘fiery furnace’. Now those three lads were Jews so lets apply the 2520
years to that event. But when did Nebuchadnezzar build the statue? Using
‘e-Sword’ [ref. CN Gill on Dan. 3:1] “Mr. Whiston said 587 BC, Dr. Prideaux
said 587 BC and Mr. Bedford said 585 BC.” To those figures add 2521 and we get
the years 1931, 1934 and 1936. What was happening in Germany at that time?
Google “Anti-Jewish Legislation In Prewar Germany” Hitler came to power in
1933.
This is a strange coincident of numbers.

under ‘Historiographic debate’ you will find, “..Hilberg gives an estimate of
5.1 million as the total number of Jews killed. He breaks this figure down into
three categories: Ghettoization and general privation: over 800,000; open-air
shootings: over 1,300,000; extermination camps: up to 3,000,000.[26]”.
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, “3” lads went into the ‘fiery
furnace’, “Seven Times” later 3,000.000. Jews incinerated! WOW!
Jews And Other
Dates Of Interest and the ‘Seven Times’
Using James Ussher’s dates in his book,
‘The Annals of the World’ we find that Jews were carried away to Babylon in
eight separate deportations. Generally there are only three deportations
recognised. Four of the dates, he gives no figures as to how many were carried
away to Babylon. I’ll give you Ussher dates, BC[paragraph number/number carried
away], so that you can do your own research. Then we can add 2521 years to
those dates and see what we get.
From 1914 to 1950 there was a considerable
amount of Jewish immigration into the area called Palestine at the time, now
known as Israel. Some info you can ‘Google’
1914
saw up to 40,000 Jews migrate to Palestine, fleeing anti-Semitism in Russia
1917- The Balfour
Declaration (dated 2 November 1917)
1922 to mid-20s, immigration increased due
to anti-Jewish economic legislation in Poland and Washington’s imposition of
restrictive quotas
1933 Haavara Agreement [Nazi Germany
and Zionist German Jews] signed on 25 August
1935 saw a record number of immigrants
1948 Israel founded
Israel and the
‘Seven Times’
I’ll give you a few to think about. Bear in mind I am taking these prophecies regarding Israel, and then applying them to
the British for fulfilment. But if you can find any other group of people that
you can apply them to, then I am very interested to hear from you. There are
other aspects that I haven’t covered. Such as other historic books which show
that the Northern Kingdom did cross the Caucasus Mountains and became known as
the Sakai, Scythians, Danaoi, Kumri, Beth Omri to name a few. Refer [PCN]. And
it is strange that all the Anglo-Saxon people are called Caucasian simply
because their ancestors came from the region of the Caucasus Mountains?
975 BC [UD] Jeroboam took Israel into
idolatry 1Ki 12:28 “And the king…made two calves of gold and
said…Behold your gods, O, Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt!”
975 + 2521= 1546? “In 1547 the 9 year old King Edward VI broke from
catholic idolatry. The introduction of ‘the Book of Common Prayer’,
made English the language of the English Church” [HYY page 188]
740 BC [UD] 1Ch 5:26 “And the God of Israel
stirred up..Pul king of Assyria, and..Tilgath-pilneser king of Assyria. And he
exiled..the people of Reuben..Gad, and the half tribe of Manasseh,
and brought them to Halah, and Habor, and Hara, and to the river Gozan, to this
day.” Manasseh is prophesied as ‘The Great Nation’, believed to be America. 740
+ 2521 = 1781 America won the war of independence. [HYY]. So America was now
free to emerge and rise up to become ‘The Great Nation’ as
prophesied.
721 BC [UD] The REST of Israel was
carried away into captivity. This would have included Ephraim.
2Ki 17:23 “…Jehovah turned away Israel from His face,…So Israel was carried
away out of their own land to Assyria until this day.” 721 +2521 = 1800 [HYY]. By this time we
should see Ephraim emerge and take the roll God had planed for her,
namely to become as prophesied, a company of nations. In 1801 we saw
“The Act of Union”, culminating in the ‘Union Jack’ and the formation of “The
British Commonwealth” or “a company of nations”.
You may hear the argument, “But the British
Commonwealth is all different countries how can they be the descendents of
Israel?” Well remember Ruth and Uriah the Hittite. Ruth was a Moabite and she
said to Naomi, refer Ruth 1:16 “…Your people shall be my people, and your God
my God.” With that confession, she became an Israelite and hence free of the
curse as mentioned in Deuteronomy. Deu_23:3 [GNB] "No Ammonite or
Moabite---or any of their descendants, even in the tenth generation---may be
included among the LORD's people.” WOW that makes Jesus a descendant of a
Moabite! So anyone could join Israel provided they accepted Jehovah and the
laws of Israel. So the Commonwealth, ‘a mixed bag’ of nationalities, is all part of, “The
House of Israel”, because they all accept the Westminster system of law, which
is based on the Ten Commandments.
Israel To Be
Victorious In Battle
The Lord often calls the ‘House of Israel’,
Jacob, see the following references: - Isa 2, 8, 9, 10, 14, 17, 27, 29, 40 to
46, 48, 49, 58 – Jer, Lam, Eze, Hos, Mic, Nah, Rom. We know that Israel the
Northern Kingdom was completely carried away into captive in 721 BC. In
Jeremiah 51 he uses the name Jacob and was writing at the earliest 630 BC, that
is 90 years after Israel had gone to Media, “where they remain to this day.”
2Ki 17:23. So who on earth is Jeremiah talking about in this passage below? And
it cannot be the Jews!
Jer 51:19 “The Portion of Jacob is not like
them; for He is the Former of all things, and Israel is the rod of His
inheritance. Jehovah of Hosts is His name. v:20 You are My war-club and weapons
of war; for with you I will shatter nations; and with you I will destroy
kingdoms. v:21 And with you I will shatter the horse and his rider; and with
you I will shatter the chariot and his rider. v:22 Also with you I will shatter
man and woman; and with you I will shatter old and young; and with you I will
shatter the young man and the girl. v:23 I will also shatter the shepherd and
his flock with you. And with you I will shatter the farmer and his team; and
with you I will shatter heads and rulers.”
So God in this passage is clearly talking
about using Jacob. (Israel) to destroy any unrighteous kingdoms of the world as
He sees fit. One could not look at the Jews throughout the world, past
or precent, and expect to see this prophecy being fulfilled through them. For
one, they are not Jacob! And secondly, The Jews have been scattered around the
world since 70AD, and have not been an independent nation until 1948. So
somewhere throughout the world there must be a considerably powerful nation
and/or a group of nations, which have been doing God’s corrective work amongst
the other nations of the world. And apparently they have no idea
that they are doing God’s cleaning up of the nations. Who could possibly fit
the bill?
If we look to the Anglo-Saxon people as
being the fulfilment of Jeremiah 51 you will find they have been fighting
oppression for centuries. For example the Spanish and the Armada, the French,
the Russians in the Crimean War and the list goes on.
Israel Will
Possess The Gates Of His Enemies.
Refer Gen 22:17 “… And your Seed shall
possess the gate of His enemies.” What are the “gates”? If you control the
city gates, then people cannot get in or out of the city. Well your world
enemies are not just in one city, they are in a particular region of the world.
So what are ‘THE GATES’ that would restrict any nation from moving around the world?
Consider the following: -The Suez Canal, the Panama Canal, The Straights of
Gibraltar and the North Sea entrance to the Baltic. You could even look at
Hawaii as the centre of control for the whole of the Pacific. And what group of
people have held the strategic control of those “gates’ in time of war? Those
‘Gates’ were held by the Commonwealth and the USA.
A New Land To Live In
There are numerous scriptures that indicate
that God will move Israel (His dispersed) to some new location. Often these
passages also indicate a reference to being in a safer situation. When David
planed to build the temple, this is what God told Nathan to say to David.
First, imagine you are David. You are King of ALL Israel! You have been
in The Promised Land for hundreds of years! You
have No Enemies! And you exact Tribute from All Nations around
you! Then God tells you this, 2Sa 7:10 “And I will appoint a place
for My people Israel, and will plant them so that they may
dwell in a place of their own, and move no more. Neither
shall the sons of wickedness afflict them any more, as before. v:11 And
even from the time that I commanded judges to be over My people of Israel, so
will I cause you to rest from all your enemies. …..”
That’s really an unexpected answer from God! You would feel like asking God,
“What do you mean we are moving house!”
God is clearly telling David He will move
Israel to a new location, they will never come back Israel, “move no more”,
and they won't have problems with invasion from neighbours as before. Well what
countries can you think of that have never been successfully invaded by an
enemy army? Let's look at our favourite list: - Britan, the USA, Canada, South
Africa, Australia and New Zealand etc. They are all members of that group of
people we believe are, “The Company of Nations” and “The Great Nation”.
Take this passage in Deu 33:28 “And Israel
shall dwell in safety alone; the fountain of Jacob in a land of grain
and wine; and his heavens shall drop down dew.” One might say that was talking
about them just before they went into the Promised Land. But once they were in
the Promised Land they were often attacked and were never alone. The Lord left
people amongst them. Jdg 2:1 - 4 “…but they shall be thorns in your sides, and
their gods shall be a snare to you.” So was Deu 33:28 A LIE! Or was it still
yet to be fulfilled?
Ezekiel wrote this 130 years after the
whole of Israel went into captivity. Eze 34:27 “And the tree of the field shall
yield her fruit, and the earth shall yield her increase. And they shall be
safe in their land, and they shall know that I am Jehovah, when I
have broken the bands of their yoke, and have delivered them out of the
hands of those who enslaved them. v:28 And no more shall they be a prey to
the nations, nor shall the beast of the land eat them. But they shall
dwell safely, and none shall terrify them. v:29 And I will raise up for
them a noted planting place, and they shall never again be of those gathered by
famine in the land, nor shall they bear the shame of the nations any more. v:30
And they shall know that I, Jehovah their God, am with them, and they, the
house of Israel, are My people, says the Lord Jehovah.” Figure that
out! At that time Israel is still captive in the land of Media.
The phrase “broken the bands of their
yoke”, could refer to these following occasions. When Israel was no longer
under slavery to the Assyrians and escaped north across the Caucasus Mountains,
refer to 2nd Esdrass 13: 40-46. And Isa 48:20 “Go out of Babylon;
flee from the Chaldeans. Tell it with a voice of singing, …etc.” and in
Herodotus Book 4 Melpomene 9, “The Scythian Nomads of Asia, having been
harassed by the Massagetae in war, passed the Araxes and settled in Cimmeria.”
Herodotus described the land as “externally lush”. Or it could refer to when
the Seven Times punishment finished. That would be when America, (Manasseh),
gained its independent and expanded to the west. And shortly after, the British
(Ephraim), expanded into Canada and the colonies.
This one is very interesting. When the
prophets spoke to a nation, it was often in a sense that he would turn to face
the direction of that nation, and then speak out his prophecy to that nation.
KJV Zep 3:10 “From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter
of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.” There’s that key phrase ‘my
dispersed’ referring to the Lost 10 Tribes. Now if you were Zephaniah
standing in Jerusalem, speaking out this passage southward beyond Ethiopia,
what area is the Lord talking about? It would put you in Kenya,
but keep going south and you cover the following nations. Uganda, Rwanda *, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe *, Mozambique and South Africa. Click
the Hyperlink on each of them and what do we get? They are all members of the
Commonwealth Games Federation. The British and the Dutch colonized most of them
and now they are all independent members of the Commonwealth. The Anglo-Saxon
content in those nations in minuscule, but remember this prayer of Solomon. 1Ki
8:41 “And concerning a stranger who is not of Your people Israel…v8:42…if he
shall come and pray…v:43 hear in Heaven
…and do …all that the stranger calls ..for, so that all the peoples of the
earth may know Your name,…” Most of these nations have accepted the laws of The
Commonwealth, i.e. ‘the Laws of Israel’. The term ‘Commonwealth’ means they are
all equal members.
They are all members of the “Company of
Nations”. Gen 35:11 “And God said unto him, I am God Almighty: be fruitful and
multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall
be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins;” Those three
underlined phrases cannot be achieved overnight, they need physical fulfilment
in a BIG way long before Christ returns. Can you now see the glorious national
message to Abraham? We all know that an individual can come into a relationship
with God through the Lord Jesus Christ. But now can you see that an entire
nation can come into a covenant relationship with God by accepting God’s Laws.
The ‘TEN Commandments’, upon which is based the Magni Carta and English Common
Law. These days we broadly call it Democracy. Keep that in mind and read this
passage, Mat 25:32 to 46 “And all nations shall be gathered
before Him. And He shall separate them (the nations) from one another,
as a shepherd divides the sheep from the goats.” Remember God is separating the
nations, but on what bases? It would have to be on the bases of righteous
government. So how would righteous government exist in a nation unless it has
accepted God’s Laws?
David’s Throne And Family Line
As above “kings shall come out of thy
loins”. This is a full study in itself and it is ‘sort of separate’ of the
National promises, which I have tried to focus on in this talk. I will cover
the subject, “David’s continuous family line on the throne”, in another
talk.
Summing up
Another common argument against British
Israel teaching is, “They cannot possibly be Israel, they are far from
perfect!” Well, they are not perfect and in all the passages above there seems
to be no indication that God says that Israel is a “shining example to the world”.
In fact, if you read Jeremiah 3:11 to 25 you will find a common theme is God is
saying “v:12 ...Return, O backsliding Israel, says Jehovah; and
I will not cause My anger to fall on you; for I am merciful, says Jehovah, and
I will not keep anger forever. v:13 Only acknowledge your iniquity,
that you have sinned against Jehovah your God”. The history books will show
that the Anglo-Saxon people have fought amongst themselves, had corrupt leaders
and far from ideal politics. Yet when disaster seems to loom up on the horizon
they have turned to the Lord and He steps in and saves the day. And just like
Israel of old we backslide again.
Conclusion
Remember I talked about identifying the
biblical names, Judah, Israel and Gentiles, in relation to modern day nations
today.
As you can see ‘Judah’ today is the Jews
through the world, including the people we referred to as modern day Israel.
And ‘Israel’ consists of Manasseh, The
Great Nation = USA, and Ephraim, A Company of Nations = The British
Commonwealth.
Then the rest of ‘Israel’, I believe are
the Scandinavians scattered through northern Europe, being of the same ethnic
group, that is they are “Caucasians”.
Gentiles are therefore, any Nation not in
the above: - some Europeans, African, Asian, etc.
Isa 8:17 “And I will wait on Jehovah, who
hides His face from the house of Jacob;” I believe God has hidden any means by
which we could physically trace the history of ‘The House of Israel’. So like I
said at the start, it takes faith in the written word of God to
believe that the prophecies about Israel must have been fulfilled through out
history by the Anglo – Saxon people.
