77 Popular Doctrine ‘Book-Mark’ [Matt 24:27]

A mock to change – Lightning shines east to west ‘So also will be the coming of the Son of Man’ changed to catching away to the Son of Man??

Popular Doctrine [Matt 24:27]

I am dyslexic so please bear with me. Scriptures are from Modern King James (MKJV) unless noted otherwise.

POP-DOC is a self-funded team with the aim to promote Popular Doctrine.

Popular Doctrine is the accepted majority teaching. It's because these beliefs are so Popular, that other scriptures are now redundant or incompatible with Popular Doctrine. Our team strive to produce handy ‘POP-DOC Book-Marks’ with appropriately altered scriptures, so you can then paste each ‘Book-Mark’ into your bible in order to update your bible.
If you find scriptures that need updates, please contact us in the comments below, thank you.

Each ‘Book-Mark’ provides you with: -
1 The original scripture reference.
2 The new replacement scripture, which is then compatible with Popular Doctrine.
3 Then the reason the correction is needed.

NB: Beware....Rev 22:19 “And if anyone takes away from the Words of the Book of this prophecy, God will take away his part out of the Book of Life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which have been written in this Book.”
Question: Is the Popular Doctrine correct or is the original scripture correct?

POP-DOC Book-Mark’ [Matthew chapter 24 verse 27]
ORIGINAL: Mat 24:27 “For as the lightning comes out of the east and shines even to the west, so also will be the coming of the Son of Man.”
REPLACEMENT: Mat 24:27 “For as the lightning comes out of the east and shines even to the west, so also will be catching away to the Son of Man.”
REASON: The Popular Doctrine sees the phrase, “the coming of the Son of Man”, can cause confusion and be misunderstood as the Second Coming? Therefore we have CLARIFIED the verse as shown!

76 Popular Doctrine ‘Book-Mark’ [Matt 24:3]

A mock to change disciples question - And what shall be the sign of Your coming? To - And what shall be the sign of Your catching us away???

 Popular Doctrine [Matt 24:3]

POP-DOC Book-Mark’ [Matthew chapter 24 verse 3]
ORIGINAL: Mat 24:3 “And as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the world?”
REPLACEMENT: Mat 24:3 “And as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of Your catching us away, and of the end of the world?”
REASON: From Popular Doctrine we know in verse 2 that Jesus told His disciples that the temple would be destroyed. Then they asked Him THREE questions! ‘when’; ‘what shall be the sign of Your coming’; and ‘end of the world?’ The middle question would have to be about the Rapture! Therefore we have changed the verse as show to be in harmony with the Rapture belief!

POP-DOC Book-Mark’ [Jeremiah chapter 17 verse 25]
ORIGINAL: Jer 17:25 “then kings and rulers sitting on the throne of David shall enter into the gates of this city, riding in chariots and on horses, they, and their rulers, the men of Judah, and the people of Jerusalem. And this city shall remain forever.”
REPLACEMENT: Jer 17:25 “then kings and rulers sitting on the throne of David shall enter into the gates of this city, riding in chariots and on horses, they, and their rulers, the men of Judah, and the people of Jerusalem. And this city shall remain forever.”
REASON: The Popular Doctrine maintains the teaching; that the line of David ended with Zedekiah! (Refer Jer 52:10-11). Also that the city of Jerusalem was totally destroyed, and did NOT remain forever! Therefore parts of this verse MUST be removed from scripture!

75 Popular Doctrine ‘Book-Mark’ [Hosea 1:9]

A mockery to DELETE two verses because they are SUPPOSEDLY RIDICULOUS and have NO possibility of ever being fulfilled by JUST the Jews??????

POP-DOC Book-Mark’ [Hosea chapter 1 verse 9]
ORIGINAL: Hos 1:9 “And He said, Call his name Not-my-people. For you are not My people, and I will not be for you. :10  Yet the number of the sons of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered. And it shall be, in the place where it was said to them, You are not My people, there it shall be said to them, You are the sons of the living God.”
REPLACEMENT: Hos 1:9 “And He said, Call his name Not-my-people. For you are not My people, and I will not be for you. :10  Yet the number of the sons of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered. And it shall be, in the place where it was said to them, You are not My people, there it shall be said to them, You are the sons of the living God.”
REASON: The Popular Doctrine team did a search for the Estimated Number Of Jews Worldwide, and we found this quote; “There are an estimated 15.2 million Jews in the world as of 2022, which is lower than the pre-Holocaust peak.” Which hardly constitutes being as; “numbered as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered!” Also in verse 9 and part of verse 10 God is STRESSING that the Jews will NOT be known as His people!?? This is RIDICULOUS! Because the Jews have always been known as Gods people! Therefore we have removed these two verses from scripture!

REPLACEMENT: 2Ch 7:18 “then I will make the throne of your kingdom sure, as I have covenanted with David your father, saying, There shall not fail you a man to be ruler in Israel.”
REASON: The Popular Doctrine is that the throne of David end with Zedekiah! (Refer Jer 52:10-11). And the KINGDOM of Israel ceased to exist! Obviously, GOD DOES NOT Keep His Covenants!! Therefore this whole verse should be removed from scripture!

REPLACEMENT: 2Ki 8:19 Yet Jehovah would not destroy Judah for David His servant's sake, as He promised him to give him a light to his sons forever.
REASON: Popular Doctrine states that Judah WAS Destroyed and trampled underfoot by NUMEROUS Empires through until 1948!! As for David and “a light to his sons forever”? The LIGHT went OUT with the end of Zedekiah! (Refer Jer 52:10-11). Therefore this whole verse should be removed from scripture!
